City view focused comfy apartment free parking

Very comfortable stay and convenient location. IGA downstairs is great too. Thank you. Positive: Great location. Spacious apartment. North facing, no sun, that's what we like. Very clean. Fully equipped apartment with washing machine and dryer. Swimming pool, library and gym on premises. Secure entry and parking. Free parking. Negative: Host didn't seem to read messages in Booking.com. We booked for 3 persons and the sofa bed was not made up. Doona cover was inside out. Host was quick to respond on mobile phone, but not all guests like to communicate via mobile phone and some would prefer the safety of communicating via Booking.com. An ironing board and clothes rack dryer would be helpful, and then guests can make full use of balcony for drying clothes instead of using dryer - saves electricity too.
